Retail Consultant - Precious Metals Investment

About the role

A well-established international organisation specialising in precious metals and wealth preservation solutions is looking for a professional, customer-focused Retail Consultant in Dubai. The consultant delivers an exceptional showroom experience, guides walk-in customers and scheduled appointments through the investment process, builds trust, presents investment products and promotes additional wealth protection services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and qualify showroom visitors, referrals and appointments.
• Present investment-grade gold and silver bars, coins and branded products, and explain purity, certification, provenance and investment benefits.
• Explain live pricing, spreads, settlement procedures and market movements.
• Handle high-value transactions accurately and professionally, and complete AML/KYC and source-of-funds documentation.
• Generate invoices, maintain transaction records and cross-sell secure storage and buyback services.
• Coordinate with internal teams on buyback requests and keep the showroom presentation tidy, complying with inventory security procedures.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in premium retail, luxury jewellery, bullion, luxury watches or premium financial services.
• Experience handling high-value customer transactions and knowledge of AML and KYC compliance.
• Excellent consultative selling and customer relationship skills, professional appearance and strong communication.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu highly preferred.
• Comfortable working with HNW clients and with troy weights, purity calculations and pricing spreads.
