About the role
Apple Retail is seeking an Expert to deliver an exceptional customer experience, combining deep product knowledge with strong sales skills. You will help customers discover Apple products and services while fostering an inclusive store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate top‑performing sales and service by understanding customer needs, presenting Apple products and services, and educating on purchase options.
- Stay up‑to‑date on Apple’s product lineup, services, and sales processes, and share knowledge with peers.
- Support teammates across the store, maintain accuracy, and perform additional tasks such as customer service in other areas.
Required profile
- Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, in line with local laws.
- Retail or sales experience, with a track record of strong sales and customer service results.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Ability to personalize solutions, communicate effectively, and resolve customer concerns.
