Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will promote telecom and data products to customers, providing comparative selling, service recommendations and product demonstrations. You will ensure a tidy store environment, handle transactions accurately and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Explain features and benefits of products, recommend services and demonstrate offerings.
• Maintain a clean workstation and store, ensuring brochures and information leaflets are properly stocked.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and process payments and receipts accurately.
• Verify customer documents, complete sales transactions and support technical onboarding.
• Handle account changes, migrations, upgrades, downgrades and resolve billing disputes.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Good understanding of telecom and data products and services.
• Minimum high school certificate for UAE nationals and diploma for expatriates.
• Highly self‑motivated with strong listening and communication skills in English.
