Retail Sales Representative - Al-Futtaim Watches

About the role

Al-Futtaim, a diversified regional business founded in the 1930s and headquartered in Dubai, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for its Al-Futtaim Watches store in Mirdiff City Center. The role is customer focused and centres on generating sales and delivering a positive shopping experience. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service: greet customers warmly, give accurate product information, assist in fitting rooms, thank customers and invite them back.
• Store operations: help the Store Manager with opening, closing and management cover, run the store in their absence, follow pricing and ticketing procedures, train new staff on POS and handle POS issues.
• Housekeeping: keep the store clean and tidy, maintain the cash wrap area, follow the dress code and take part in inventories and store meetings.
• Sales goals: meet or exceed weekly sales targets, represent the brand positively, offer gift cards, capture customer data and try to upsell.

Required profile

• High school degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and ability to lift some heavy items.
• Friendly demeanor and good verbal communication.

• Strong organisational skills.
