About the role
The Support Sales Assistant ensures a clean, tidy, and shoppable store environment while delivering high‑level customer service. You will help drive sales, maintain product availability, and support store events.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance and product advice to customers.
- Receive, display and price merchandise accurately.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Support stock‑takes, new store openings and product launches.
Required profile
- Secondary school education completed.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Required skills
- Effective product knowledge acquisition.
- Ability to follow pricing and ticketing procedures.
