About the role
The Sales Support role at ACE Hardware in Dubai Hills is essential for creating a welcoming shopping environment that enhances customer experience and drives sales. You will be responsible for maintaining store standards, operating POS systems accurately, and providing knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑level customer service, advising customers on product categories and benefits.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
- Promote product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right items.
- Receive deliveries, display merchandise, and ensure correct pricing and ticketing.
- Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised store and support stock‑take, new store openings, and seasonal launches.
Required profile
- Completion of secondary school education.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with store operations, POS systems, and merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
