Reverse Logistics Analyst – Purchasing & RFQ Specialist

About the role

The Reverse Logistics Analyst will support Rebound Electronics’ reverse‑logistics function in Dubai by managing RFQ execution, broker quoting and purchase order processing. The role blends analytical, administrative and commercial tasks to ensure data integrity and smooth day‑to‑day operations across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Purchasing Master Database, guaranteeing accurate data and system integrity.
• Execute end‑to‑end RFQ and order processes, including daily RFQ matching, pricing and issuing quotes to brokers, suppliers and internal sales teams.
• Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately and efficiently across multiple systems.
• Analyse historical and daily data to identify trends, commercial opportunities and value‑adding insights.
• Perform cross‑matching activities to validate data and uncover additional opportunities.
• Manage offer releases, stock uploads and support trading activity, including preparation of obsolescence and excess‑stock files.
• Provide reporting, ad‑hoc analysis and maintain data‑driven tools to support decision‑making.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, global teams, customers and suppliers.
• Cover team members as needed in quoting, administration and analytics to maintain service levels.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance processes, systems and data quality.

Required profile

• Fluent written and oral English.
• Background in customer service, reverse logistics, returns management or inventory control.
• Experience in sales or purchasing environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
