Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

As a Room Attendant you will be the face of hospitality for our guests, ensuring each guestroom is spotless, well‑stocked and ready for a memorable stay. You will work as part of a dedicated housekeeping team at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to Hilton standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, deep cleaning and turndown service when required.
• Replenish linens, towels, amenities and room supplies according to established guidelines.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys, supply carts and linen rooms organized and fully stocked.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, protect guest privacy and deliver courteous, professional service.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas while maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items and linen shortages to the appropriate department.
• Safeguard master keys and follow hotel policies, lost‑and‑found procedures and Hilton standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; housekeeping or hospitality training is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience, preferably in an international hotel environment.
• Basic English communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
