Rooms Division Manager – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Rooms Division Manager oversees all rooms‑related departments – Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering/Maintenance – at the Ritz‑Carlton property in Ras Al Khaimah. The role ensures brand standards are met, drives guest and employee satisfaction, and maximises the financial performance of the division.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering/Maintenance teams.
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the quality of guest rooms.
• Continuously improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximising revenue.
• Ensure all standards and procedures are consistently followed.
• Lead the rooms division team to achieve property goals.
• Monitor room rates, specials, promotions and market trends.
• Track expected arrivals and departures and coordinate group activities.
• Prepare, run and review rooms division reports.
• Operate department equipment and report any malfunctions.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field plus 4 years relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields plus 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations.
