Route Sales Representative (Van Sales) – 50 Openings

About the role

We are seeking energetic, customer‑focused Route Sales Representatives to join a leading FMCG company in the UAE. You will combine driving duties with sales activities, delivering water products to retail and commercial customers across assigned routes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the assigned delivery van safely and efficiently on a daily route.
• Deliver 5‑gallon water bottles, retail water packs and newly launched small bottles to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries and processing sales orders.
• Promote products during each visit and strive to maximise sales opportunities.
• Collect payments where applicable and keep accurate sales records.
• Ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in van sales, route sales or FMCG sales is preferred.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with UAE routes is an advantage.
