About the role
A 5-star hotel in Dubai is looking for a friendly and professional Russian-speaking receptionist. Previous hotel or front office experience is an advantage but not required.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Handle guest enquiries and provide helpful information
- Respond to calls and coordinate with other hotel departments
- Maintain a high standard of guest service and professionalism
Required profile
- Fluent in Russian and able to communicate in English
- Previous hotel or front office experience is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts
