Safety Agent - DoubleTree By Hilton Resort Marjan Island

About the role

The DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a Safety Agent. The role spreads the warmth of hospitality by keeping the property safe and helping guests feel secure, working alongside the hotel's hospitality team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols, monitoring interior and exterior premises to spot and address safety and security risks, threats and undesirable conditions.
• Assist with investigations by gathering information, documenting findings and ensuring accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Respond to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical incidents and security threats.
• Provide guest assistance by responding to inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A qualification in Security, Health and Safety, Emergency Response or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in safety, security, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong observation, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations.
• Commitment to a safe environment for guests, team members and hotel facilities, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
