Safety Officer – HSE Compliance & Training

About the role

The Safety Officer will work on‑site in Dubai, monitoring workplace conditions and ensuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures and local regulations. This full‑time position involves conducting inspections, supporting risk assessments and delivering safety training to promote a strong safety culture across all site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, toolbox talks and incident investigations, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement and maintain HSE plans, procedures and safety records, coordinating with project teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Deliver safety inductions, awareness sessions and regular training to site personnel.
• Prepare and submit safety reports for management, clients and regulatory bodies, and support audit activities.

Required profile

• NEBOSH IGC certification (additional HSE certifications are a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field, MOFA‑attested.
• 2–3 years of experience in HSE roles with basic English communication skills.
