Sales Advisor (UAE National) - Fashion, FMCG

About the role

A recruitment agency is hiring a Sales Advisor in Dubai for a client operating in the FMCG sector. The role provides attentive customer service and helps customers choose fashion products, while keeping the sales area polished and the in-store experience consistent. The position is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their product needs to guide informed purchase decisions.
• Present fashion products clearly, explaining features and available options.
• Deliver courteous sales service that encourages customers to return.
• Maintain product displays and the sales floor to support an organised customer journey.
• Monitor product availability and raise replenishment needs promptly.
• Process purchases accurately and handle routine sales enquiries.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and follow store procedures for products, customer information and transactions.

Required profile

• Must be a UAE National.
• Customer-facing sales capability and confidence presenting fashion products.
• Experience maintaining tidy product displays and sales areas.
• Awareness of stock availability and replenishment needs on the shop floor.
