Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Female Sales and Marketing Executive to join the marketing team of a leading ladies’ salon in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating and executing marketing initiatives, building business partnerships and driving sales growth for the salon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing and sales ideas to increase revenue and acquire new customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with companies, event organizers and external partners.
• Negotiate and coordinate promotional collaborations, agreements and partnership terms.
• Work towards and achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Design and launch promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost bookings and sales.
• Analyse sales and marketing data, prepare regular performance reports for management and monitor campaign results.
• Provide insights on customer trends, market competition and suggest improvements to existing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the salon and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors and emerging marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the beauty, salon or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Good understanding of marketing strategies, customer acquisition and data analysis.
• Creative, proactive, organised and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
