Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Dubai for Heathway Limited, a security and investigations firm. You will drive new business growth by promoting the company’s protection and risk‑management services to prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research and develop sales and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and follow up on leads to close deals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries with tailored service information.
• Support internal training initiatives on sales processes and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies, targets and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation and pipeline management.
• Experience delivering training to teams or clients.
• Background in security, investigations or related sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM tools, with solid analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple priorities.
