Sales and Service Advisor - Home Finance (Outsource)

About the role

This is an outsourced Sales and Service Advisor position based in Dubai, responsible for achieving home finance acquisition targets month on month while delivering excellent customer service according to agreed standards.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and facilitating home finance applications across the full customer onboarding journey.
• Making sure individual targets are met every month and opening new business avenues.
• Handling after-sales queries until the customer receives full disbursement of funds for construction.
• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction, while keeping turnaround times as short as possible.
• Ensuring daily submissions are complete and compliant with bank processes, standard operating procedures and central bank requirements.
• Making sure KYC and ID verification are completed correctly and that customers receive accurate information, with no mis-selling.

Required profile

• 2 years or more of sales and customer service experience; home finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and understanding of assets products.
• Arabic speaking is preferred.

Required skills
