Sales Assistant - Retail Fashion Store

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is hiring a Sales Assistant for its fashion brand Sandro in Dubai. The main focus is generating sales and creating a positive customer environment. The role involves a variety of operational tasks assigned by store management, and success depends on excellent customer service, keeping the store clean and helping every customer leave satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales by greeting customers warmly as they enter, giving product information and helping them decide what to buy.
• Create a positive first impression with an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code.
• Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly.
• Manage transactions at the cash wrap efficiently and capture customer information in the database.
• Thank customers sincerely and invite them to return to build loyalty.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness, including housekeeping duties set by store management.
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandise display, inventory counts and merchandise management.

Required profile

• High school degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for a minimum of eight hours.
