Sales Associate – Retail Store

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand and drive store sales by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high‑standard retail environment. You will work closely with the store manager and assistant manager to ensure the store meets visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products, converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product knowledge across all brand lines for effective suggestive selling.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual‑merchandising guidelines and stock norms.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit, vouchers, and issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, store security procedures, and confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods and overtime as required.

• Well‑groomed, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to stay updated on brand offerings.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak‑season hours.
