Sales Associate (Tele) – Arabic

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Sales Associate to drive enrollment for its training programs. Working from Dubai, you will contact prospective learners in India, introduce our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Blue Ocean’s products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert them into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, answering questions about courses, schedules, and benefits.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Research client training needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
• Identify new opportunities for course enhancements based on feedback and market trends.
• Record all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• High level of customer service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage client data.
