Sales & Client Relations Executive

About the role

ZMC Digital Solutions is hiring a Sales & Client Relations Executive for its growing team in Dubai, working from the office. The role is full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a salary of AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month depending on experience. It is not just about making sales calls: the person must independently manage client enquiries, coordinate projects and own day-to-day responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels.
• Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs and turn enquiries into sales.
• Arrange and run client meetings when needed.
• Prepare quotations, explain services and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate confirmed projects with the operations team and monitor progress, giving clients timely updates.
• Maintain records, follow-ups and CRM updates.
• Manage client relationships professionally from first enquiry to project completion.
• Identify ways to improve sales, processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Self-motivated and independent, able to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Quick learner willing to understand new services, tools and processes.
• Proactive, responsible and humble, with a positive attitude toward clients and colleagues.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with calls, meetings and client negotiations.
• Organised and adaptable, able to handle several responsibilities at once.
• Previous sales or client-handling experience preferred; knowledge of digital marketing, website development or related services is an advantage.
• A valid UAE residence visa is preferred; employment is subject to UAE work permit requirements.
