About the role

Join haus & haus in Dubai as a Sales Consultant, focusing on building long‑term client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑growing real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
• Conduct market appraisals for listings.
• List properties using the Reapit CRM system.
• Qualify clients, arrange viewings and act as a negotiator to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, building trust and transparency.
• Keep accurate records of properties, clients, and owners.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Self‑motivation, strong work ethic and an energetic, collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Experience with the CRM system Reapit.
• Ability to perform market appraisals.
