Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring efficient sales operations within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in achieving revenue and business development targets.
• Manage sales administration including quotations, contracts, proposals, and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate client meetings, site inspections, and sales appointments.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, databases, and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and events.
• Assist in planning and organizing promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Administrative or Hospitality role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems or hospitality sales software.
