About the role
NAFFCO Flow Control is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations in Dubai. The role is suitable for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates eager to develop a career in sales coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily sales coordination and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other sales‑related documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Time‑management, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
