Sales Development Representative (Dubai)

About the role

Picnic is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Middle East team in Dubai. You will be the front‑line of the sales engine, generating and qualifying leads for the Business Development team and helping companies provide seamless lunch experiences for their employees.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate high‑quality sales opportunities at the top of the funnel.
• Enter and maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce, including notes on qualification criteria.
• Articulate Picnic’s value proposition and answer prospect questions.
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to hand over to Business Development Managers.
• Execute a high volume of daily outreach via calls, emails, website forms and social‑media messaging.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• UAE national.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, able to work independently and within a team.
• Passion for a career in sales with ambition to progress to Account Executive or SDR Lead.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
