Sales Development Representative – FinTech (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to help a leading B2B cross‑border payments company expand its footprint in the United Arab Emirates. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track career path for candidates eager to learn fintech sales and make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target SMEs involved in international trade that could benefit from cross‑border payment and FX solutions.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels to introduce the platform and qualify interest.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and activity logs in the CRM.
• Gather market insights on industry trends, customer challenges and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach tactics.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or business development; internships in related fields are acceptable.
• High energy, resilience and the ability to stay motivated despite rejection.
• Familiarity with UAE business culture and practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline preferred, though relevant experience may substitute.

What we offer

• Base salary up to 15,000 AED per month.
• Commission potential up to an additional 15,000 AED per month (OTE 30,000 AED).
