Sales Engineer – Building & Infrastructure

About the role

The Sales Engineer – B&I will focus on new account development within the construction and developer segment in the Northern Emirates and Al Ain. You will combine technical knowledge of testing, inspection and certification services with commercial expertise to win and grow business.

Key responsibilities

• Open and penetrate new accounts in the construction and developer segment.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates and Al Ain.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure visibility of forecasted revenue.
• Prepare and submit technical‑commercial proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to align proposals with client requirements.
• Support account planning and growth strategy for new developer and consultant accounts.
• Track and report sales performance metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in the construction/developer industry with an existing network of developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates or Al Ain.
• Degree in Engineering and strong background in testing, inspection and certification services relevant to construction.
• Proven ability in new account development and opportunity qualification.
