About the role
Kemipex is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the paints, coatings and specialty chemicals sector in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with paint & coatings manufacturers, formulators and key customers.
- Drive sales, new business development and achieve revenue/margin targets.
- Understand customer formulations and provide technical product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, trials and technical discussions with customers.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement and technical teams to secure product approvals.
- Track market trends, competitors and identify new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in technical sales within paints, coatings, specialty chemicals or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of coatings, raw materials, additives and resins.
- UAE driving licence is mandatory.
