Sales Engineer - Project Sales (HVAC/MEP)

About the role

Careers International is hiring an experienced Sales Engineer to drive project sales within the HVAC/MEP contracting industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate has strong GCC market knowledge, excellent client relationship skills and a proven track record of securing project business across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Generate project sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC/MEP solutions.
• Identify new project opportunities through contractors, consultants and market research.
• Coordinate with internal teams on timely submission of manuals, warranty letters and project documentation.
• Share project specifications with the Service Team before Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-8 years of proven GCC experience in HVAC/MEP project sales.
• Strong knowledge of project sales, consultant and contractor networks.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
