Sales Executive - Automotive

About the role

Al Masaood is hiring a Sales Executive to achieve sales targets while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and maximising sales opportunities throughout the customer journey. Candidates must be willing to work in Al Ain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and customer engagement through consultation, vehicle presentation and demonstration, negotiation, closing, delivery and post-sale follow-up.
• Help customers choose the most suitable vehicle with professional product guidance and personalised solutions.
• Deliver sold vehicles smoothly, professionally and in a defect-free condition.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise profitability in line with company policy.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain strong product knowledge, including awareness of competitor products and market trends.
• Promote finance and insurance products and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management and consultative selling.
• Willingness to work in Al Ain.
