Sales Executive – Business Development & Partnerships

About the role

Mind Body Soul by Frappy is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to expand its client base across the UAE through corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and direct sales of meal‑plan and wellness services. The role blends independent prospecting with team collaboration and focuses on achieving measurable sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure partnerships with gyms, fitness centers, sports clubs, wellness centres, clinics, schools and corporate organisations.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations; maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Generate new leads, convert prospects into active clients and achieve individual sales and partnership targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, coordinate onboarding with internal teams and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle for business travel.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and maintain a professional appearance.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Preferred: experience in meal‑plan, food & beverage, fitness, health or wellness sectors; knowledge of subscription‑based services; background in nutrition, dietetics, business or marketing; existing network in corporate wellness or hospitality.
