About the role
The Sales Executive (Corporate) will support the Sales & Marketing team at Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai. The role involves handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and using sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Use sales techniques to maximise revenue, including up‑selling and offering complimentary gifts.
- Process reservation requests, changes, cancellations and Marriott Rewards redemptions.
- Enter reservation and rewards information into the Marriott system.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing and faxing to support Sales & Marketing.
- Assist management in training and motivating employees and act as a role model.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
