Sales Executive - Corporate

About the role

Accor is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to generate new business and manage corporate accounts across various sectors in Dubai. The role involves prospecting, negotiating contracts, and promoting the hotel’s full range of services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and secure new accounts across corporate, aviation, consulting, government, sports and other segments.
• Develop account plans, conduct regular sales calls and manage assigned accounts to increase contracted room nights and market share.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with qualified leads, accurate CRM updates and clear next actions.
• Prepare corporate rate proposals, negotiate within guidelines and coordinate RFP submissions and renewals.
• Promote guestrooms, extended stays, meeting spaces, dining and recreational facilities, identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Conduct client appointments, site inspections, familiarisation visits and represent the hotel at trade events.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Events to ensure sound offers and smooth client experience.
• Monitor production against targets, analyse wins/losses, track competitor activity and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proactive hotel sales experience, preferably in Dubai/UAE corporate sales.
• Proven track record of new‑account acquisition and an existing network of corporate buyers or travel managers.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of corporate contracting, RFPs, room revenue fundamentals and account production.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.
