Sales Executive – Dealer Sales

About the role

We are seeking energetic, ambitious hunters to drive YallaMotor's dealer network forward. This field‑based sales role involves visiting showrooms, meeting clients face‑to‑face and converting conversations into deals, with a strong focus on results and commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new used‑car, new‑car dealers and related automotive companies that are not yet partnered with YallaMotor.
• Spend daily time on the ground, moving between showrooms, presenting YallaMotor products and closing deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to ensure continued listings and advertising.
• Sell dealer packages, featured ads and marketing services to generate leads and exposure for clients.
• Record all activities, meetings and updates accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide entrepreneurial input on product, pricing and sales strategy improvements.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for bookings, cashings and new dealer activations.

Required profile

• A hunter’s mindset, self‑motivated, ambitious and eager to close deals.
• Energetic, positive attitude and enjoys being on the move and talking to people.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and owning daily results.
• Fluent in Arabic and English to communicate with all client types.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• Prior field, outdoor or automotive sales experience is a strong plus.
