Sales Executive - Digital Solutions

About the role

Careers International is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive in Dubai to drive revenue growth. The role centres on finding new business, nurturing existing clients and promoting the company's digital solutions and printers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new business through cold calling, networking and other lead-generation methods.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of digital solutions and printers.
• Work with marketing, product development and customer service to retain customers.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions and competitors.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in digital solutions or printing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
