Sales Executive – Elevator Inspection Services

About the role

The Sales Executive – IVS will drive sales of elevator inspection, testing, certification and lifecycle services for Bureau Veritas in Dubai, targeting building owners, facility managers, contractors, developers and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for elevator inspection, testing, certification and lifecycle services.
• Leverage an existing client base and identify new business opportunities with building owners, facility managers, contractors, developers and government entities.
• Prepare and deliver technical‑commercial proposals and quotations, and follow up on collection.
• Participate in tenders and lead contract negotiations with clients.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility of forecasted revenue.
• Collaborate with Inspection Engineers and Technical/Operations teams to tailor service offerings and ensure proposals meet client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in elevators, vertical transportation or inspection/testing services.
• Existing client base among facility managers, developers and asset owners in the UAE.
• Familiarity with EIAC/ENAS accreditation schemes (advantageous).

Required skills

• Elevator & Escalator inspection sales knowledge (EIAC/ENAS).
• Understanding of EIAC and ENAS accredited inspection requirements for lifts, escalators and moving walkways.
• Strong knowledge of elevator systems, safety codes and technical compliance requirements.
