Sales Executive – Europe & GCC Region

About the role

The Sales Executive will support the growth of Rixos Hotels' portfolio across European source markets and the GCC region. The role focuses on account servicing, prospecting, and sales coordination to increase brand visibility and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and partners across assigned European markets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and product updates.
• Promote hotel portfolios, facilities and offers, tailoring recommendations to partner requirements.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual presentations and support sales visits under regional leadership.
• Prepare accurate proposals, presentations and account materials aligned with commercial terms.
• Coordinate enquiries with hotel sales, reservations and revenue management teams from request to conversion.
• Support contracting, rate loading checks and distribution of approved offers.
• Assist in organising familiarisation trips, hotel inspections, roadshows and trade exhibition participation.
• Monitor booking trends, account production and highlight opportunities or shortfalls.
• Research competitor activity, travel trends and potential new business sources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years experience in hotel sales, travel trade sales or similar commercial role.
• Exposure to European leisure markets and GCC hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Understanding of hotel distribution channels and tour operator/travel agency business.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of hotel sales systems.
