About the role
GCC Cargo Service is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth for its air, sea and road freight services in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and generate qualified leads for freight services.
- Prepare quotations based on customers' cargo, routes and service requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into long‑term accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely service.
- Track sales activity, pipeline and customer records to meet targets.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience in freight forwarding, cargo or logistics.
- Good knowledge of the UAE logistics market and shipping processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
