Sales Executive - HORECA (Spices & Foodstuff)

About the role

Careers International is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to sell spices and foodstuff products to hotels, restaurants, catering companies and flight catering services in the UAE. The role is full time and focuses on B2B sales, with a valid UAE driving licence required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HORECA sector and build a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants and catering companies, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
• Understand client requirements and offer customised solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiate and finalise contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Work with marketing, logistics and customer support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and share market insights.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the food service industry or selling bakery and foodstuff products to HORECA.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and the HORECA industry, with a track record of building client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
