Sales Executive – Inbound Sales (Arabic Speaker Only)

About the role

Udrive is looking for a customer-focused, target-driven Sales Executive for its Long-Term Rental (LTR) business. The role handles inbound customer enquiries, understands their rental needs, recommends suitable solutions and converts them into confirmed long-term rentals. Arabic speakers are required; immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries by call, WhatsApp, website leads and other channels, responding promptly and accurately.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget, then explain rental plans, vehicles, pricing, terms and conditions.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, follow up on pending sales and handle objections to close deals.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, extensions and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet and Customer Support teams and follow up on bookings until vehicle handover.
• Keep up to date with the fleet, pricing, promotions and LTR products.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in car rental, mobility, automotive, leasing or service industries.
• Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in inbound sales and lead conversion.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills, with strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound enquiries and work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory; immediate joiners preferred.
• Preferred: experience in long-term car rentals, leasing, vehicle subscriptions or mobility services, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
