Sales Executive

About the role

Join the high‑performing Toyota sales team in Al Ain and represent one of the world’s most recognised automotive brands. You will turn every customer interaction into an opportunity, driving vehicle sales and promoting finance, insurance and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining professional brand representation.
• Build strong customer relationships and meet CSI and NPS objectives.
• Prospect new customers, follow up leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Promote finance, insurance, trade‑in, accessories and value‑added solutions.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately following company procedures.
• Stay updated on automotive market trends, product features and effective selling techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably automotive.
• Proven upselling and cross‑selling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong customer focus with a drive to exceed targets.

Required skills

• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Good technical understanding of automobiles.
