Sales Executive - New Vehicle Showroom

About the role

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) is hiring a Sales Executive in Dubai to promote and sell new vehicle models in its showroom. The role involves giving customers accurate information on vehicle features and performance, supporting sales-related services and ensuring a smooth purchasing and delivery experience, while achieving assigned sales targets and keeping customer satisfaction high.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle models
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance and benefits
• Explain Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance and aftersales
• Recommend optional equipment, accessories and additional products
• Prepare and communicate prices, quotations, discounts and financing requirements
• Advise on the availability of new models and follow up on enquiries to convert leads into sales
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper and liaise with the Customer Relations Representative on registration and insurance
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or car sales environment
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred

Required skills

• Knowledge of new vehicle models, features, specifications and performance
• Understanding of vehicle pricing, quotations, discounts and financing options
• Sales negotiation, lead follow-up and customer relationship management
• Ability to coordinate vehicle delivery and related documentation with internal teams
