Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Vrindora is seeking motivated, target‑driven Sales Executives to join its Dubai real‑estate sales team. You will focus on engaging qualified leads, presenting properties, and closing transactions while collaborating with an India‑based lead generation team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with qualified prospective buyers and investors, understand their requirements and present suitable property options.
• Arrange and conduct in‑person or virtual customer meetings, coordinate property viewings and site visits, and maintain regular communication throughout the buying journey.
• Handle objections, negotiate within company guidelines, and support booking procedures and transaction completion.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM, update the sales pipeline, and work closely with lead generation teams to improve conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales, booking and transaction targets and provide regular performance updates to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a performance‑driven environment.
• Professional integrity, accountability and willingness to meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience in Dubai/UAE real‑estate sales, including off‑plan or secondary‑market properties.
• Familiarity with Dubai communities, developers and project offerings.
• Experience dealing with property buyers, investors and international/NRI customers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines.
