Sales Executive / Tele Caller – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive / Tele Caller to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on outbound calling, introducing Merveille Investments’ services, generating qualified leads and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases.
• Present the company’s products and services in a professional manner.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain regular communication and update records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and lead‑generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive, target‑driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
