About the role
MSD is looking for an intern for its Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and CRM team in Dubai, working from January 2027 to July 2027. The internship is fixed term and hybrid, and covers CRM operations, analytics and dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage CRM operations and troubleshoot CRM issues
- Handle CRM processes such as cycle planning and raise CRM issues through tickets sent to the team
- Support event management, database management and analytics
- Perform CRM analysis and build dashboards
Required profile
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- Graduating in Q1 2027 or later
- Tech and computer science education preferred
Required skills
- Good command of Excel
- MS Office, Power BI and familiarity with AI
- Analytical thinking, data analysis and data visualization
