Sales Manager - Corporate

About the role

Accor is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager - Corporate to join its team in Dubai. This key leadership role drives sales strategies and revenue growth across several properties in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors
• Lead corporate groups and MICE opportunities to the hotel
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals while maintaining strong client relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders and business partners
• Explore new sales channels and partnerships, and increase brand visibility in key territories
• Take part in industry events, conferences and networking activities
• Monitor sales KPIs, prepare regular sales forecasts and business updates, and analyse sales data to optimise performance
• Work with marketing, product development and customer service teams, and give feedback on market trends and customer preferences
• Prepare and manage the regional sales budget and ensure cost-effective sales operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in hospitality or a related industry
• At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably multi-property or regional
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments
• Understanding of the hospitality industry, especially in the Middle East
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not essential
• Willingness to travel frequently within the cluster region
