Sales Manager - Hospitality, UAE

About the role

An experienced and proactive Sales Manager is sought to join the hospitality team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving sales growth and building strong relationships across the hospitality sector, for a candidate with a proven track record in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets in the UAE hospitality sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Work with cross-departmental teams so sales strategies match market dynamics and client needs.
• Analyse sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to support business decisions and forecasts.
• Work with marketing teams on promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality landscape and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a diverse clientele.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into action.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
