About the role

Tawla, a Dubai‑based B2B platform that digitalises the dining experience for food‑and‑beverage venues, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts, drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to senior management.
• Negotiate and close contracts while adhering to company policies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the F&B or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital solutions, SaaS or POS systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and inspire a sales team.
• Result‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
