Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead off‑plan property sales for Grid Properties in the UAE. The role is focused on generating revenue, managing the full sales cycle and delivering top‑class service to clients and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Grid Properties’ sales strategy and meet personal sales targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales process for off‑plan residential and commercial projects.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through direct clients, brokers and investor networks.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours and virtual walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Convert marketing‑generated leads into successful sales.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings and regulatory changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate with internal teams for handover and post‑sale service.
• Represent Grid Properties at industry events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales, preferably off‑plan developments.
• Bilingual – English and another language (Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian or any European language).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market and buyer profiles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to work independently.
