Sales Manager - Marine

About the role

A full-time Sales Manager position based in Ajman, UAE, focused on driving the group's sales strategy across its business lines. The main priority is generating and closing business for LSA/FFA calibration and automation lifeboat services, while also growing business in other verticals such as marine agency services. Candidates must be based in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the group's overall sales strategy and set annual and quarterly revenue targets by vertical, translating commercial objectives into actionable sales plans.
• Pursue new market segments, geographies and client verticals, with emphasis on clients needing calibration, automation lifeboat and technical compliance services.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and pricing across calibration/automation lifeboat services, marine agency and other verticals.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, setting individual and vertical-specific targets and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Build a structured sales pipeline segmented by vertical, ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management, and establish CRM and reporting discipline for lead tracking and conversion analysis.
• Own relationships with key accounts, shipowners, charterers and strategic partners, driving cross-selling of calibration, automation lifeboat and marine agency services.
• Ensure sales activity complies with company policy, contractual standards and maritime commercial regulations, and prepare regular sales performance reports and revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in B2B maritime services; selling LSA/FFA calibration and/or automation lifeboat is preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Experience managing key accounts, tenders and complex contract negotiations across multiple service verticals.
• Strong leadership and team-building ability, with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
